We are a gas capture and flare mitigation company based on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in Western North Dakota operating in the Williston Basin. Our goal is to prevent the waste or underutilization of natural gas assets through a diverse and holistic approach to pipeline alternative gas capture. We use a well-rounded arsenal of Gas Processing, Gas Conditioning, Gas Compression, Power Generation, Data Mining (BTC), Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Low Volume/Low Pressure Flare Capture (LV/LP), and Emissions Monitoring and Reporting Equipment to capture and utilize natural gas assets. Our “Close the Loop” Solution: By integrating natural gas processing and conditioning, NGL recovery, power generation, gas-to-grid integration, mobile data (BTC) mining, on-site LNG and CNG recovery processes with other flare mitigation techniques, a comprehensive Combined Flare Mitigation system can be developed. This system allows mineral owners and producers to maximize the value of stranded natural gas resources while minimizing flaring and its associated environmental impacts.

When all these processes work in tandem, they create a holistic approach to flare mitigation, ensuring that no valuable natural gas resources are wasted, and all potential revenue streams are explored.
